Hey! Had a great visit with our friend Kaurna Cronin. He's a singer songwriter from Australia that we met on tour last year in Europe. He crashed with us for a couple of days, had a great sing a long at our kitchen table. These are some of the best things of being a musician - the unplanned awesomeness of a kitchen table sing a long.
This weekend we have a really fun Valentine's Day show with Echo Sparks and Michael Ubaldini. ES had this idea to do a show full of murder ballads for Valentine's Day. Yeah, they're twisted like that. So we've worked up some fun ones. Learned our first Nick Cave song ever and it's going to be a lot of fun. Then Monday night we'll be in Santa Monica at Bar Lubitsch for a songwriter night. I was going to do it solo but now Tracy's coming with me so it will be Fallen Stars instead of just Bobbo. Here's the awesome flyer Ian at Bar Lubistch did for the night:
